Shipping policy

Processing Times
All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once the order has shipped, a confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to the customer.

Estimated Delivery Times
Quebec & Canada: 3–9 business days after shipment
United States: 7–14 business days
International: 10–20 business days
These timeframes are indicative and may vary based on carriers, time of year, or customs procedures.

Shipping Fees
Free shipping within Canada for all orders (for now).

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s progress.
If you do not receive your tracking number after seven (7) days, please contact us at hlefebvre.2008@gmail.com.

International Orders
Orders delivered outside Canada may be subject to taxes, customs duties, or import fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Swellside Surf Co. is not responsible for delays or additional fees related to the destination country’s customs services.

Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Swellside Surf Co. cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by an incomplete or incorrect address.
